E-Discovery capability through data archiving and compliance software

In-House Advisory Group is working in collaboration with a major provider of data archiving to develop a system capable of end-to-end internal e-discovery. The added capability will allow archiving and compliance customers to conduct internal e-discovery using a traditional EDRM workflow. This will enable corporate litigants to bypass the costly step of relying on third-party vendors to collect, process, and host data, while increasing data security and providing more flexibility to alter discovery parameters during litigation. In-House Advisory Group will be holding seminars to demonstrate the new software features for use in U.S. litigation and internal investigations. Details of the collaboration and new software capability will be announced sometime in early 2020.
